Wonderful holiday villa with its own private swimming pool situated directly at the channel in Empuria Brava. The distance to the beach is 1100m. This detached villa is newly built. Every bedroom has a private bathroom. Empuria Brava is known for its many idyllic canals and the big marinas. In the centre of Empuria Brava is a shopping centre with diverse shops. banks. doctor and restaurants. The surrounding is excellent for diverse sports activities. like watersports. outdoor and cultural trips to e.g. Rosas. Figueres and Girona and naturally the town Barcelona.
