On the upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed and 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 pull-out bed; a bath and toilet. There is a large terrace with terrace furniture and a nice view of the canal. The house has a private mooring of 12 m. Parking by the house is available. Supermarket 2 km, internet café 3 km, sandy beach "La Rubina / Empuriabrava" 1 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, golf course (9 hole) 7 km, tennis 2.5 km. Nearby attractions: Parque Aquatico Roses 10 km, Museo Dali Figueres 15 km, Ruinas de Empuries 21 km, Castillo y Festival de Perelada 12 km, Centro de Paracaidismo y Tunel de viento 3 km.
