This four bedrooms house is on 3 levels, 2 km from Calonge , in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the sea, located by a road. It has a private fenced garden with lawn and a private swimming pool with built-in steps, a terrace and a barbecue, deck chairs and a covered balcony. In the living/dining room there is an open fireplace, TV (spanish channels), stereo unit and DVD. The large kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer and electric coffee machine. On the ground floor there is the games room and a table-tennis and billiards table. As facilities the house has a washing machine, dryer, iron, cot for up to 2 year olds. Close by you will find supermarkets 2 km, restaurants 1 km, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 5 km. Sports harbour 7 km, golf course 7 km, riding stables 12 km. Nearby attractions: Waterpark "Aquadiver" 7 km. Please note: car essential. Groups of teenagers on request only.
