This is a four bedrooms house 120 m2 on 2 levels with panoramic view, 4 km from the centre of Sant Pol de Mar, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 4 km from the sea In the living room there is a satellite-TV. On the exit to the terrace there is 1 room with 1 french bed , 1 room with 2 beds and a shower/WC. On the upper floor there is the dining room with open fireplace. Exit to the terrace there is 1 room with 1 french bed , 1 room, 1 bunk beds. In the kitchen there are 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer. The terrace is 12 m2, with furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). . As facilities there is a washing machine and an iron. Outside the resort,there is a private garden (fenced), swimming pool and a barbecue. Motor access (ramp). Parking by the house. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 700 m, railway station "Calella" 5 km, sandy beach "Calella" 4 km. Nearby attractions: Marineland 9 km, Roca Village 39 km, Barcelona 58 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.
