Facilities include washing machine, iron and reserved covered parking. For shared use guests have garden with lawn, swimming pool (12 x 25 m, 01.04.-15.10.) and elevator. Supermarket and restaurant are 800 m away, railway station "Flaçà" 30 km, sandy beach "Tamariu" 800 m. Golf course (36 hole) 20 km.
