This is a three room house of 60 m2 on 2 levels There is a living/dining room of 18 m2 with open fireplace and TV and an exit to the patio, an open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, electric coffee machine). The upper floor holds 1 room of 7 m2 with 1 french bed (150 cm), 1 room 12 m2 with 3 beds (90 cm), a bath, bidet and toilet and a boiler (50 litres). There is a terrace with furniture and a view of the mountains. Located 3.8km from the supermarket, restaurant 3.5 km, bar 3.8 km, railway station "Flaçà" 30 km, sandy beach 7.7 km, shingle beach 10.8 km.
