Mezzanine room 12 m2 with 2 beds (80 cm, length 180 cm). 1 room 12 m2 with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC. Terrace 9 m2 partly covered terrace 9 m2, patio 37 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the sea and the mountains. Facilities include washing machine, iron. Private patio (37 m2). Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Parking by the house. Please note: maximum 1 pet/dog allowed, car essential. Supermarket is 3 km away, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, railway station "Flaçà" 30 km, sandy beach 6 km, shingle beach "Sa Tuna" 2 km. Golf course (36 hole) 17 km, tennis 4 km, riding stables 4 km.
