There is a living/dining room with TV with exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 bedroom is with 1 french bed, an other room with 1 french bed and bath/bidet/WC. 3rd bedroom with 2 beds. Kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer. Bath/bidet/WC. Heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), covered balcony. Please note: TV only ES Private: swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, 01.05.-31.10.) with built-in steps and outside shower. Nearest supermarket is 3 km away, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach "Platja D'aro" 4 km. Sports harbour 7 km, golf course 3 km, riding stables 7 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same grounds. The owner has a dog. The complex includes a vegetable garden (taken care of by the owner on a daily basis).
