The apartments are set in a traditional Barcelona building with high ceilings and French doors. They open onto a patio or an interior courtyard. Each apartment features striking red and green décor with modern finishes. The kitchen facilities include a microwave, fridge, oven, kettle and a coffee maker. Shops can be found in the surrounding streets. The charming Gràcia district is approximately 15 minutes’ walk away. Gaudí’s Parc Güell is just over 1 km from the apartments.

The damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card and unblocked if the house rules have been followed and no damage has been done to the property. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Carrer de València, 32, 08015 Barcelona. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform APBCN Gracia in advance of your expected arrival time.
