Apartment Barcelona Paral•lel offers smart apartments 5 minutes’ walk from Avinguda Parallel and its Metro station. They offer easy access to Las Ramblas, the seafront and Montjuïc Park. Offering different locations around Parallel, in the Poble Sec and Sant Antoni neighbourhoods, each well-equipped apartment at Barcelona Paral•lel has modern décor. There is heating, a sofa, and kitchen facilities including an oven, fridge, hob, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a balcony or terrace, and some of them offer free Wi-Fi. Shops, bars and restaurants can be found around Poble Sec and the Sant Antoni district. The funicular to Montjuïc leaves from Parallel Station. You can walk to Las Ramblas, El Colón Monument and the city’s old port in 15 minutes.

Guests are kindly requested to collect the keys at the Apartment Barcelona Office at 235 Carrer Aragó (ground floor) Barcelona.
Please note that 30% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the day of the booking as a prepayment, and the remaining 70% must be paid at check-in.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the Apartment Barcelona Office in advance. The contact details will be provided in a Booking Confirmation e-mail sent after the prepayment is made.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is payable on arrival. This will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked.

Late check-out until 18:00h is possible upon prior request and incurs a surcharge of 50% of the price of an extra night.
