Centrally located, Apartamento Sant Pere/Plaza Catalunya features air-conditioned apartments with free Wi-Fi. Ideally located, it is 3 minutes’ walk from Passeig de Gracia, Urquinaona and Catalunya metro stations. Fitted with wooden flooring, apartments provide a lounge area with sofa bed, flat-screen TV and DVD player. They all boast a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and fridge. A safe is also available for free. Apartamento Sant Pere/Plaza Catalunya is surrounded by a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants as well as supermarkets. You can find traditional tapas bars in a 5-minute walk. Well served by public transports, you can reach the main tourist attractions such as Sagrada Familia, Parc Güell Park and Barceloneta Beaches in less than 10 minutes by metro. Sitges and Costa Brava are 30 minutes by train. Regular trains leave from Plaza Catalunya Train Station located just 220 metres away. Public parking is available nearby at an extra cost.

A damage deposit of the total amount of the first night is payable in cash on arrival. This will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
Check-in outside reception opening hours incur the following extra charges:
From 19:00 to 21:00, EUR 20
From 21:00 to 00:00, EUR 40.
It is payable upon arrival.
An extra cleaning service is available for a supplement of EUR 60.
