Holiday home, built in 2002, is situated outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of L'Escala, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the beach. This is a 4-room house on the upper ground floor, comfortable and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room is with open fireplace and TV. Kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, freezer. There is also a patio, partly covered with terrace furniture. View of the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: TV only in Spanish. There is a private well-kept garden on different levels with flowers and trees, swimming pool angular (01.03.-31.10.) with salt water. Barbecue possibilities. Nearest supermarket is 2 km, shopping centre 2.5 km, railway station "Figueres" 30 km, sandy beach "Platja del Rec" 2 km.
