This house is in the centre of Las Tres Calas, 4km from L'Ametlla de Mar, outside the resort, in a sunny position, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. Private: grounds (900 m2), well-kept garden with lawn of 150 m2, plants, swimming pool kidney shaped (10 x 5 m, 01.01.-31.12.), terrace (8 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Parking is possible in the grounds. Public parking on the road is also possible. Grocers are 1.2 km, supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bar 1.2 km, railway station "L'Ametlla de Mar" 5 km away from the house. This is a 4-room villa of 100 m2. It features a living/dining room (27 m2) with panoramic window with TV, 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm), 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm) and a kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave). A bath/bidet/WC and a separate WC can also be found. Further facilities include porch (10 m2), terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, washing machine and reserved parking (fenced 3 cars).
