This beautiful luxury family villa is located in the village of Liendo just 5 km from Laredo. known for its beach. In Liendo itself you can enjoy the beach of San Julian. The villa has a large garden and swimming pool and is distributed in two floors.Downstairs is the kitchen. office. closet. a bathroom. a bedroom with bathroom. also a large living room with fireplace. Upstairs there is a living room with a large terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. There are 6 bedrooms. 3 with double beds and another 3 with 1-2 beds. The master bedroom has a private bath room and access to a terrace. The other bedrooms share another bathroom.The pool has trampoline. In the garden you can enjoy sun beds. There is parking area for 4 cars.
