It is a rustic chalet, built in 2008, surrounded by trees. It is located outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 2 m from the river. Stepped path to the house. Parking by the house. Supermarket is 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m, cable car 5 km away from the house. Nearby attractions: Picos de Europa. Please note that a main road is 50 m from the property. This is a 3-room house of 130 m2. The living/dining room has 1 sofa bed, TV and wood burning stove. There are one room with 2 beds and one sofa bed and one room with 1 french bed. The kitchen has 4 hotplates, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer. There is also shower/WC. There are electric heating and wood heating and also terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). View of the river. Facilities: washing machine.
