Rustic stone house in very good condition with a very large living room with fireplace and dining area. a spacious kitchen with all comforts and a large bathroom downstairs. on the next floor three bedrooms and bathroom. In the back of the house a garden with bbq. The house is very central to access the Cantabrian motorway and being within only a few minutes away from Torrelavega and Cabezon de la Sal. the main towns.On the ground floor the house has a huge dinning and lounge area with log fire. TV. sofas. big table and chairs for 6 people. then a big kitchen with all comforts washing machine. fridge. freezer. oven. hob microwave. A fully equipped bathroom and access to the back garden where we can find chairs. tables and bbq. On the first floor ther are three bedrooms. another fully equipped bathroom and balcony.In the centre of the village. there is a train station. The house is located between Cabezon de la Sal and Torrelavega. has close access to the motorway. and to the most beautiful spots in Cantabria.Not wheelchair accessible. suitable for children.Car recommended Railway station Bus Stop 1 km.
