It is a country house, 100 m from the centre of Casamaría, directly by the woods edge. Private: grounds of 3'000 m2 (fenced), barbecue, motor access to the house. Parking is possible by the house. The house has stone walls. There is a private river with trout fishing. A water spring is also there. Bar-restaurant-bakery is 1.5 km. You have to go over a protected roman bridge to reach the house. Sandy beach "La Franca" and "Pechon" is 15 km away. San Vicente de la Barquera is 25 km away. This is a 3-room house (60 m2) on 2 levels, rustic furnishings. The living/dining room has an open fireplace, satellite-TV and radio. There is also a kitchenette. On the upper floor there is one room with 2 beds and one room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. There is also bath/WC. Stone walls and floors. Sloping ceilings with beams. Water boiler 30 litres. 3 electric radiators (extra, 60 EUR per week). 1 extra bed.
