Can Cardona is an attractive family house in typical Ibiza style. It is in a country area just a walking distance from San José. The entrance gate takes you to the back of the house. There is a large covered terrace with many plants in pots and some seats. There is a vegetable garden. The covered terrace in front of the house has a delightfull foliage. The terrace enjoys a splendid view of the valley and the San José hills. The (8 x 4 m) swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace. bordered by bamboo. palms and beautiful plants.You are walking distance from San José with its welcoming bars. restaurants and shops. There are many pleasant beaches nearby such as Cala Jondal. La Cala Virgen and Es Torrent. The villa has an attractively furnished living room with a comfortable lounge suite. The French windows open onto the covered terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen is well equipped with a 5 burner cooker. oven. microwave. large fridge and dishwasher. The washing machine is in a separate area. A separate dining room is at the side of the kitchen. The master bedroom is in the wing of the villa. It has a double bed. ensuite bathroom with power shower. wash basin and toilet. There are two more bedrooms. one double and one twin which share a bathroom with bath.
