Can Palau is a unique Finca. The Finca has a large natural stone terrace with a (10 x 4 m) swimming pool. The terrace has a covered area with sun loungers and a seating area with outdoor kitchen and BBQ. There is also a pond. You reach Can Palau through an automatic entrance gate, the villas is within walking distance of San José with its attractive pavement cafes, restaurants and shops. The Cala Jondal, La Cala Virgen and Es Torrent beaches are all nearby. The French windows lead you into the rustically furnished salon with its L shaped sofa, wood-burning stove, satellite TV and WiFi internet connection. The open-plan kitchen has a bar and open fireplace. It is equipped with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The dining area has stereo equipment. There is another small relaxing area above the kitchen. The master bedroom has a double bed, satellite TV and air conditioning and has its own bathroom with shower. There is antique furniture and an outlet to the roof terrace. There are two twin bedrooms downstairs and one double bedroom which has a built-in antique wine press. The attached bathroom has a bath with shower. There is storage space outside with a washing machine. The house has its own water reservoir.
