The swimming pool is on a lower level. surrounded by a natural stone sun terrace. The terrace has a brick-built barbecue. The swimming pool has gates for the safety of small children. You will enjoy a wonderful. extensive view of the valley and the San José hills from all the terraces.You are only a few minutes by car from San José with its attractive bars. restaurants and shops. There are many pleasant beaches nearby. such as Cala Jondal. La Cala Virgen and Es Torrent. which is good for food.The living area. with its attractive beamed ceiling. is comfortably furnished with a rattan lounge suite and large dining table.
