Can Bougainvilla is close to the village of San Carlos. This well equipped, attractive villa is in a quiet location in the La Joya residential area. It is close to Cala Nova beach. The house has a delightful garden with a wide variety of fruit trees and palms. There is an 8 metres x 4 metres swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by terraces with sun loungers and seating. There is a covered terrace with pleasant dining furniture. The exit at the back of the garden opens onto a path which leads to Cala Nova beach, 700 metres away. Cala Lena is 400 metres away. There is a tennis court at the end of the street which can be enjoyed free of charge. The villa is just a few kilometres from Es Canar and the pleasant village of San Carlos with its well known hippie market, cosy bars and restaurants. You'll find a supermarket and restaurant close to the house. The villa occupies two floors. The main entrance leads to a corridor which has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed. The other has two single beds which can be connected. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and a safe. The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and washbasin. The living room is spacious and enjoys plenty of natural light. There are pleasant seating areas, a wood burning stove, satellite TV, a music installation and remote control light switches. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The living room has a dining table with space for six people. There is a conservatory/covered terrace attached to the house. This has attractive dining furniture and you can enjoy indoor or outdoor dining here. You can close the terrace with a special door to prevent children entering the swimming pool unaccompanied. The garden has a shower and toilet. The stairs to the next floor are at the back of the living room. The bedroom on this floor has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and two washbasins. The bedroom has air conditioning and a safe. You can enjoy satellite TV, Iternet connection, a DVD player and a CD player with I-pod connection. Also the beach towels are provided in this villa. There is a parking space in the enclosed grounds.
