This attractive country house is set in the exclusive “La Font” area. within a few minutes walk of Pollença old town. The beach of Puerto Pollença is also a short ten minute drive. In front of the house is the swimming pool surrounded by furnished sun terraces with BBQ. lawns and well kept gardens all offering stunning views of the distant mountains. Set on two levels. the ground floor features lounge dining room with SAT TV and a full bathroom as well as fitted kitchen with oven hob. fridge freezer. microwave. dishwasher and washing machine. On the first floor you have a twin and a double bedroom which share a bathroom. Both bedrooms overlook the swimming pool and offer far reaching views of the mountains. Climbing plants form a terrace and ideal natural shade to relax during those long. hot summer days.
