Son Bona Vista is a detached house, completely lined with stone, built in 1998 in a rustic farm, surrounded by vineyards. The house is located 3 km from the centre of Inca and 23 km from the sea. Swim in the private, outdoor swimming pool or prepare meals on the barbecue on the terrace. The two-bedroom house can accommodate up to six persons. Enjoy the open fireplace or watch satellite-TV in the living and dining room, which has exit to the terrace and the pool. The small kitchenette is fully equipped, including a freezer. The house offer air conditioning, warm air heating, a washing machine and an iron. Both bedrooms has a french bed. The bathroom has a bath, bidet and shower. The sofa bed is situated in the attic room with access by a very steep staircase. From the terrace you can enjoy panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Please note that a car is essential and parking is available by the house. The owner lives in the same grounds. Within 3 km you can find grocers, restaurants and a bus stop. The golf course is in 13 km.
