This is a three-room house 65 m2 on 2 levels and is located 7 km from the centre of Sóller, 9 km from the centre of Valldemosa and 1 km from the sea. It has a living/dining room with TV and electric heater. Exit to the garden. 1 room, without wardrobe with 1 french bed. Kitchen (oven, micro wave, freezer). Upper floor: 1 room, without wardrobe with 2 beds and electric heater. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Sloping ceilings. Iron. View of the resort. Facilities include washing machine. Guests have private natural fenced garden 80 m2 with garden furniture and parking. Shop 100 m, grocers 200 m, restaurant, café 100 m, bus stop "300", rocky beach "Puerto de Soller" 1 km. Please note: car essential. Restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Sandy beach at Port de Soller 9 km. The garden is shared with another house.

Please note: The access to the ground floor is by 13 steps and to the upper floor by 4 steps. Although both bedrooms do not have wardrobes, they do have clothes racks and a place to leave clothes. Washing machine is shared with another property. Narrow motor access to the house (mountain road).
