The property features private grounds 30 ha, natural garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps, paddling pool, arbour, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. The house consists of 2 floors with separate entrances and facilities: Ground floor for 4 people, middle floor for 4 people and upper floor for 2 people. Ground floor: living/dining room with open fireplace, dining table, satellite-TV, stereo unit and exit to the terrace; 1 room with 2 beds and satellite-TV; 1 room with 1 french bed, bath/WC and satellite-TV; kitchen (4 hotplates, micro wave, electric coffee machine); bath/WC. Upper floor: living/dining room with open fireplace, dining table and exit to the terrace; 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm); 1 room with 1 french bed, bath/WC and satellite-TV; kitchen (4 hotplates, micro wave, electric coffee machine) and exit to the terrace; bath/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room 25 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm), hand-basin.
