The El Roxu rural home has been split into 3 independent and fully equipped apartments. They are situated between the two main villages to the east. Asturias Cangas de Onis (3 km) and Arriondas (3.5 km). The area is a haven of peace and tranquillity. abounding with mountain paths. Its positioning could not be more central- just 17 km from the beach and 10 km from the Covadonga National Park.Asturias is in mountain country. brimming with verdant pastures. dense woodlands. spectacular rivers. a raging and romantic sea. winding cliffs and superb. fertile valleys. El Roxu-apart.2 (84 m). on the 2nd floor. features a private entrance with access via an interior stairway. You will find bedrooms. a living room. kitchen and bathroom. On the 2nd floor there is also a good-sized. communal living area. You may wish to go for a stroll in the beautiful surrounding area. with its countless high mountain paths. A wealth of sports is also on offer: white water canoeing. rafting. walking. quad bike trailing. horse riding and mountain biking. The property s communal garden affords wonderful mountain and countryside views and boasts a barbecue and garden furniture. as well as 1200 m of gardens and parking.
