The Cool Houses is located in the quiet residential area of Carua, 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Llanes. It offers modern bungalows with a large private garden and a porch. Each bungalow has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The spacious lounge-diner includes a sofa and flat-screen TV. The open-plan kitchenette is integrated into the lounge-diner. Here you will find an oven, hob, microwave and coffee maker, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. The porch offers views of the garden, the River Carrocedo and the Cuera Mountains. The house has free parking for 2 cars. There is direct access to the path which runs along the River Carrocedo, which is great for hiking or cycling through the countryside or to Llanes. Toró and Sablón Beaches are 1 km and 1.5 km away from The Cool Houses. Cuesta de Llanes Golf Course is a 15-minute drive away.
