Electric heating, air-conditioning. 3 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. View of the sea and the mountains. Facilities include washing machine, fenced grounds 1'500 m2, outside shower and barbecue. Public parking on the road. 2 pets/ dogs are allowed. Shop, grocers, supermarket, restaurant, bus stop are 250 m away, sandy beach and Tennis court 350 m.
