Please note a security deposit of EUR 200 is required via bank transfer at least 14 prior arrival date to secure your reservation.

Please note the keys are handed over by the property manager on site.

A baby bed costs € 1.00 per day and a highchair costs € 1,00 per day. These must be requested prior to arrival and are payable at check-in.

Baby cot and high chair are available upon request and must be confirmed in every case by the property.

Costs for cot and highchair to be paid on the spot.

A deposit in the amount of 25% of the total price is due immediately the remaining 75% no later than 21 days prior to departure. Please inform Ferienhaus Villa Martin in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
