This spacious duplex golf apartment with many terraces located on the golf course Valle del Este near Vera in Costa de Almeria. The apartment has a spacious terrace of 28 m2 for the living room and kitchen and a large sun terrace of 68 m2 where you can enjoy the weather and views over the golf course. Op there is a communal pool. Within walking distance off the tee of the golf course Valle Del Este. Nearby are some golf courses located. The coast and beaches are not far away (about 10km.), But you stay in the tranquility of the golf course. There is a beach club on the golf course on the beach with an accompanying swimming pool. There are enough airports in the area, Murcia, Alicante and Almeria are about the same distance from the apartment.
