Bahía Dorada is a simple, comfortable holiday development renovated in 2009. It is situated 6 km from the centre of Estepona, 4 km from the centre of Sabinillas, outside the resort, in a sunny, elevated position, 200 m from the sea. This three-room apartment has comfortable furnishings. In the living/dining room you will find an open fireplace and TV. There are two bedrooms. The open kitchen is equipped in four hotplates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine. On the upper floor you will relax on the terrace with a view of the swimming pool. For shared use: garden, swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.), outside shower, tennis, floodlit. The supermarket is 1 km away from the property, shopping centre 1 km, bus stop 80 m. Golf course 1 km.
