Holiday home situated in residential area " El Puntal" in the quiet Andalusian village Padul 10 km away from Granada. famous for its unique wetland. And a stone' s throw away is the Lecrín Valley with its rich sinaasappelboomgaarden.Het home has the highest quality finishes. including traditional tiles Mensaque Seville. both outdoors and indoors use. The three bedrooms on the first floor have fitted wardrobes. two bedrooms have a balcony with beautiful mountain views. The floors are marble throughout the house and ceilings finished with beautiful Andalusian ornaments. The whole house is equipped with plastic windows with double glazing. The front door is armored and the back of steel. The spacious garden is tiled. there are several fruit trees and a large swimming pool with modern cleaning system provides cooling in the hot summers. There is a fixed barbecue and a gazebo. The plot is located on a street corner and completely fenced through gates and railings with cypresses purpose. sufficient privacy.
