The apartment block, built in 1988 is situated 15 km from the centre of Marbella, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.5 km from the sea. The 2-room apartment is spacious and bright. In the living/dining room satellite-TV, radio, CD-player, electric heater and a fan are to your disposal . A bedroom has a french bed with TV, electric heating and a fan. The open kitchen is equipped in 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine. On the terrace you can relax using the terrace furnitures, partially you will have a view of the sea. For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.), shower/WC in the pool area, parking. Grocers and supermarket are 700 m. away from the property, restaurant 500 m, sandy beach 2.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.5 km.
