This large, comfortable, luxurious house is situated 50 meters away from the sea. In the living/dining room you can relax with an open fireplace and TV, you have an access from there to the balcony. There are 3 bedrooms, two of them have two single beds and one has french bed. The kitchen is equipped in oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob and microwave. In the house you will have two bathrooms with bath and toilet. You can relax on the balcony or choose the terrace. For shared use you will have a garden with lawn, swimming pool (01.05.-30.10.), outside shower. The nearest supermarket is situated 1 km away from the property, the shopping centre is 1 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 50 m. Golf course 1 km, riding stables 5 km. Please note: main road is 300 metres from the property.
