A large terrace 20 m2 is provided with terrace furniture, barbecue and two deck chairs. View of the mountains and the countryside. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and music equipment. For private use there are grounds 40 m2 and a swimming pool (3 x 2 m, 01.04.-31.10.) A shop is in 1.5 km, grocers 1.6 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.6 km, internet café 2.5 km, sandy beach 2.5 km, diving center 2.5 km. Tennis 1 km, riding stables 1 km, sports centre 2.5 km, childrens play area 2.5 km. Please note that a car is essential.
