It is 2.5 km from the centre of Nerja, outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.5 km from the sea. The property has simple and practical furnishings such as a living/dining room with open fireplace and satellite-TV. 1 room with 1 french bed. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. There is also an open kitchen with 4 hotplates, oven, micro wave and freezer. Gas heating and wood heating is provided. There is also a terrace 20 m2 with furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. It offers view of the mountains and the countryside. It is also provided a washing machine and a reserved parking (2 cars) by the house. For private use there is a swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.). Grocers are in 1 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach 2.5 km.
