Apartment Sandra Nerja is 2-room 27m2 apartment, on the ground floor. It is located in the district of Cerro Marino, 1 km from the centre of Nerja, 1 km from the sea. The property consists of a living/dining room 13 m2 with TV and radio. 1 room 10 m2 with 1 french bed. There is also an open kitchen with oven, micro wave and freezer. A patio 15 m2 with terrace furniture and two deck chairs is also provided. Guests can also use the TV with satellite and local channels and the ADSL internet connection (cable). For shared use there is a 400m2 garden with lawn and a swimming pool (10 x 4 m, 01.04.-31.10.). There is also an outside shower, patio, arbour and barbecue. In the house there is central heating and a washing machine for shared use. Supermarket, restaurant are in 300 m, sandy beach 1 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.
