The holiday home is built according to Bioclimatic Architecture standards it is warm. welcoming. sunny and designed for enjoying contact with Nature. It has wooden ceilings and furniture. is colourfully decorated and has an external porch (70m) with clay tile flooring typical of the region and a pergola. It is located on a 10.000m private estate with marvellous views. surrounded by hundred-year-old oak woods and fruit orchards. Access to the estate is along an earth and gravel lane (500m). which is well-maintained for any type of vehicle at any time of year and which leads to the estate. with no access to other properties. You can go hiking. horse-riding. wild animal watching. mountain-biking and practise water sports in the surrounding area. You can also visit the Caves of Aracena. the medieval castles of Aracena. or the White Villages of Valdelarco. Almonaster. Alajar. Galaroza. Fuenteheridos. etc. It has a swimming pool which is shared with another private holiday home (ES-21291-01) located on the same estate.
