This is a seven-room house on 3 levels, located 500 m from the sea. It has a living/dining room with flat screen TV and DVD. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer). Separate WC. On the lower ground floor there is a lounge with flat screen TV and exit to the terrace and the swimming pool. 1 room, without window with 2 beds. 1 room, without window with 1 french bed. Upper floor has 1 room with 1 french bed, bath/WC, double hand-basin, a corner bath and spa bath. 2 large rooms, each room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 french bed. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities include washing machine, children's highchair, cot for up to 2 year olds (extra charge). Guests will enjoy the grounds, garden with lawn, pond, swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.). In the house there is a table-tennis. Parking is possible in the grounds. Supermarket is 400 m away, restaurant, bar 200 m and sandy beach 400 m away.
