A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
Linen change and room cleaning weekly. For stays of a minimum of 2 weeks there is a free change of linen and room cleaning.
Please note that the neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behavior expected.
