The outstanding cost of the reservation must be paid in cash on arrival.

Please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival to arrange key collection. They can be contacted between 10:00 and 14:00 or 16:00 and 19:00, using the contact details on the booking confirmation.

Please note that key collection is from 16:00 to 21:00. Please note that check-in from 21:00 to 00:00 carries a EUR 20 surcharge.

Check-in after 00:00 is not possible.

Please note that a EUR 100 security deposit is required upon arrival to cover any possible damages. This will be refunded upon check-out subject to a damage inspection. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Apartamento en Los Boliches in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
