This is a five-room house 165 m2 on 3 levels. It is located 10 km from the centre of Estepona and 2 km from the sea. It has a living/dining room with open fireplace, dining table, TV, CD-player, DVD and exit to the patio. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Separate WC. Air-conditioning, warm air heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed and bath/WC (private). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm). Bath/WC or shower/WC. Air-conditioning. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed and shower/WC (private) air-conditioning. Patio 300 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities include washing machine and private garden 150 m2. For shared use guests have garden with lawn, swimming pool (01.05.-30.09.), outside shower and parking by the house. Room cleaning daily on request with extra charge. Shop and supermarket are 1 km away, restaurant 1 km, pebble beach 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 50 m and a golf course (18 hole) is 500 m away.
