This spacious modern villa is set over 2 floors and opens onto a small garden which looks onto Gibraltar and offers views of the Moroccan coastline. The villa has attractive, lightly coloured décor with stylish finishes. The living room has a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, and there is a double bedroom and a twin room. The well-equipped kitchen comes with a microwave, fridge, oven, toaster, washing machine and a coffee maker. The Costa del Sol is ideal for watersports and a wide range of golf clubs can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. There is easy access to the AP7 Motorway and you can reach Marbella in 15 minutes. Málaga is 74 km away.
