A living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed and TV, an open kitchen with 4 hotplates, oven, ceramic glass hob, freezer and a dining table. There is also air-conditioning, warm air heating and a boiler (50 litres). A terrace 10 m2 and a large terrace 45 m2 are provided with furniture and sea view. There is also a lift, washing machine and iron. For shared use there is a park, garden, swimming pool (01.06.-30.09.), tennis, floodlit (extra) and children's playground. A shop is in 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, bus stop, sandy beach 50 m, golf course 5 km, children's play area 20 m.
