The small scale apartment complex has a shared swimming pool. The apartment entrance is on the ground floor which is also street level. The holiday home has a 38 m2 south facing terrace. The terrace enjoys a wonderful view of the 18 hole Torrequebrada Golf Course and the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has an alarm and intercom system. Torregolf is well positioned for historical cities such as Malaga (15 km). Cordoba (187 km) and Granada (160 km). The area has fabulous beaches and is perfect for golfers. The nearest golf course is within walking distance and there are more in the surrounding area. There are various shops and restaurants nearby. A bus goes to the centre of Benalmádena and the beaches.
