The total amount of the reservation will be charged at check-in in cash.

Please note that a EUR 200 security deposit is required, payable via bank transfer. It will be refunded via the same method once the condition of the house has been checked, minus the cost of any damages.

Check-in after 20:30 carries a EUR 50 surcharge.

The property will email you after booking with payment and key pick-up details. Please inform Residencial Marina Playa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
