Villa El Balcón was built in 2000. The accommodation is located 3 km from the centre of Baena, in a sunny position on top of a hill. For private use there is grounds of 2.000 m2, a nice, well-kept garden of 100 m2 and an outdoor swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, opened from 01-04 to 30-10). The house has seven bedrooms and can accommodate up to eleven persons. Air conditioning is available and there is ISDN internet access. You have the possibility to use the washing machine and dishwasher. Parking space is for two cars and the bathroom on the upper floor has a round jacuzzi bath. In the house there is a billiards table, table football and central heating is available. You can play tennis, table tennis and there is a basketball net.There is a large terrace in the garden with sunshade and bar area with barbecue, sink and minibar. Music system in the garden. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the town of Baena. Within 3 km you can find several shops, grocers and restaurants. There is a golf course 70 km away from the accommodation. Table tennis/tennis racquets and balls as well as 3 bikes (2 adult, 1 children's) are available to guests.
