Casa La Cocinilla is a two-room renovated house 46 m2 on two levels. On the ground floor is has a living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite TV and exit to the patio. Kitchen is equipped with two hotplates, micro wave and freezer. Bathroom has a bathtub, bidet and toilet. On the upper floor there is a room with one french bed. Outside house has a garden with terrace furniture, barbecue, four deck chairs and view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. General facilities include WiFi internet access, heating, solar energy heating, air-conditioning with an extra charge, washing machine and reserved parking by the house. For shared use guests have a park, garden with a sunny lawn area of 500 m2, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, 01.06.-30.09.), outside shower, terrace (600 m2). Shop and supermarket are 1.8 km away and the bus stop is 1.5 km away.
