Detached villa with pool on the edge of a nature in the Axarquia region. The finca. El Carmen. in Canillas de Aceituno. is one of the more luxorious holiday houses in traditional Andalucian Finca style. in the area. wit splendid views. sunrises and sunsets . The house is about 168m². the terras is over 300m² with the pool in the middle and the outside BBQ beside it. The garden is over 6000m².The spacious living room (100m²) is fully furnished (TV with surround audio system. DVD....) . the kitchen provides a washing machine. and all modern coocking facilities.You will have 3 spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage room. and 2 bathrooms will bath and shower.The house has separate airconditioning and heating in each room.An enclosed area. with a separate entrance to the kitchen. is perfect for keeping the dog or for storing other things.... we are enjoying breakfast here. in the first morning sun.The house is just beside a natural Parc. with great opportunities for hiking. marvellous views over de mountains and the lake Viñuela. and just about 25 from the sea (Terre del Mar). The mountains arround the house provide an exlusive privacy. while the neighbours are about 100m from house on the other side of the hill (private and not deserted).The major cities of Andalucia are just about one hour (Cordoba. Gibraltar. Granada. Antequiera....) to 90 minutes (Sevilla. Cadiz. ...) away. The center of Malaga. with its great shopping opportunities and lovely narrow streets and restaurants is at 30 minutes.Cleaning and maintenance can be asked to our house keeper who lives at about 200 m.
