Foreign guests are required to pay mandatory registration fee.

Guests are kindly asked to present either a Russian passport or a military card upon check-in. A birth certificate should be presented for children under 14 years. Guests under 18 years are requested to have a notarised power of attorney from one of the parents allowing them the stay at the property.

Please note that the property may request an authorisation letter and a photo of both sides of the credit card used for booking within 24 hours of the reservation. The property reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the documents are not provided. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
